Rebekah Maggard, Executive Director, Chair

I am a Financial Advisor at Thrivent and a proud mother of three young children. Having grown up in the Treasure Valley, I am deeply passionate about supporting local nonprofits and investing in the youth of our community.

I founded All Kids Inspired in 2021 after recognizing a meaningful need in our community, with the vision of helping children live inspired lives and dream about what is possible for their future. I believe generosity is not reserved for the wealthy — every person has the ability to make a meaningful and lasting impact.

Jordan Baker, Vice Chair

I work in financial services at Thrivent in downtown Nampa. My wife, Crystal, and I have four children and enjoy spending time together working on home renovation projects, traveling in our trailer, staying active outdoors, and participating in recreational sports.

I am also an avid nonfiction reader and have the privilege of teaching yoga at the Harward Recreation Center. Giving back and making a meaningful impact in our community is something that is deeply important to me.

Tsing-Yee Ooi, Treasurer

I am a corporate accountant in the Treasure Valley, but I have found some of my greatest joy through hobbies and hands-on experiences. My interests range from pottery and glassblowing to archery, backpacking, climbing, snowboarding, yoga, and other creative and active pursuits.

As someone who learns best through supportive guidance and experiential learning, I understand how quickly the cost of classes and activities can add up. The opportunity to explore new interests, build community, and have meaningful activities to look forward to has greatly enriched my life. I believe movement and creativity are essential to our well-being — especially for children as they grow, explore, and discover who they are.

I am honored to be part of All Kids Inspired and its mission to help children access their passions through tuition assistance.

Gabi Coatsworth, Secretary

I am an Operations Specialist at Thrivent and also have a background in marketing and graphic design. As a mom of a softball player and a dancer, I understand firsthand the costs and commitments associated with extracurricular activities.

My husband and I are grateful to be able to support our daughters in pursuing their passions; while also recognizing the financial burden this can place on many families.

In my role as secretary, my goal is to help our organization build a strong and sustainable foundation for growth, so we can continue helping kids live inspired lives for years to come.

Joshua Maggard, Board Member

I work as a firefighter for the Caldwell Fire Department and am also a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. As a lifelong athlete, I understand how important and enriching extracurricular activities can be for a child’s development. Unfortunately, many children are excluded from these opportunities due to financial constraints. At All Kids Inspired, our mission is to help remove that barrier for as many children as possible. I encourage you to support our work by donating if you’re able and by referring families who could benefit from financial assistance for their children’s activities.
