Meet Rebekah Maggard---Executive Director, Chair

Rebekah Maggard, Executive Director, Chair

I am a Financial Advisor at Thrivent and a mom of two young kids. I grew up in the Treasure Valley and am passionate about supporting non-profits and the youth in our community. I founded All Kids Inspired in 2021 to address a real need in our community, in the hopes it will help children live inspired lives and dream of the possibilities. I believe that generosity isn’t just for the rich, and that everyone has the opportunity to make a lasting impact! 

Meet Jordan Baker---Vice Chair

Jordan Baker, Vice Chair 

I work in financial services for Thrivent in downtown Nampa. I’m married to Crystal and together we have 4 children; Abigail, Anneliese, Elijah, Simon. We enjoy working on home remodel projects, leisure sport, traveling in our trailer and being active outdoors. I’m an avid non-fiction reader and have the privilege of instructing yoga at the Harward Recreation Center in Nampa. It’s important to me that I help make an impact in the community.

Meet Tsing-Yee Ooi, Treasurer 

Tsing-Yee Ooi, Treasurer 

I am a corporate accountant in the Treasure Valley but have found the most joy in hobbies and activities. My interests range from pottery and glassblowing to archery, backpacking, climbing, snowboarding, yoga and more. As someone who learns best through hands-on experiences and supportive guidance, I know how quickly tuition can add up! Being a part of classes, connecting with others, and having activities to look forward to has really enriched my life. I believe movement and creativity are essential to our well-being, and especially for kids as they explore, grow, and discover who they are. I am honored to be a part of an organization that helps all kids access their passions through tuition assistance.
Meet Gabi Coatsworth, Secretary

Gabi Coatsworth, Secretary 

I am a Financial Advisor with Thrivent, and also have a background in marketing & graphic design. As a mom of a softball player and a dancer, I know first-hand the costs associated with extracurricular activities! My husband and I are blessed to be able to provide our girls the opportunity to pursue their passions, but we also understand the financial burden it brings to many families. My goal as secretary is to help our organization build a solid foundation on which to grow, and help kids live inspired lives for many years to come!

Meet Robert Baker---Board Member

Robert Baker, Board Member 

Robert has been in the financial industry for 26 years, and currently runs his own investment advisory business, Wismar Financial. He has four grown children and six grandchildren. Robert believes it’s important that children have access to a variety of activities such as art and music. He enjoys sketching and painting as a creative outlet, and hopes to see more young people pursue their artistic passions!

Meet Josh Maggard, board Member

Joshua Maggard, Board Member

I work as a firefighter for the Caldwell Fire Department and am also a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. As a lifelong athlete, I understand how important and enriching extracurricular activities can be for a child’s development. Unfortunately, many children are excluded from these opportunities due to financial constraints. At All Kids Inspired, our mission is to help remove that barrier for as many children as possible. I encourage you to support our work by donating if you’re able and by referring families who could benefit from financial assistance for their children’s activities.
